Fabrication
Made to fit.
Every surface we deliver is cut for one address and one set of cabinets. Here is the path a slab takes through our shop before it becomes your countertop.
How the work is done
Five stages, one team.
Nothing is handed off to a subcontractor you never meet. The people who template your kitchen are the ones who make sure the finished pieces fit it.
Templating
We come to your space and measure it for real — walls, corners, appliances, and the little bumps and angles a drawing never shows. Those measurements become the exact outline your countertop is built from, so nothing has to be guessed at later.
Cutting
Prep comes first — we lay the template out across the slab, taking into consideration the movement and veining pattern so the finished pieces read consistently, and only then is the outline cut.
Polishing & Shaping
We use variable air speed polishers and grinders for drilling out holes and shaping out corners and curves — the work that turns a flat slab into the finished countertop.
Quality check
We do a pre-slab inspection to mark any imperfections, ensuring quality control — it saves us a lot of time during and after fabrication. We also make sure everything gets to and into the job site safely.
Installation
We bring the proper tools to every job — GRabo branded installation tools along with Omni installation dollies — ensuring damage-free safety and ease of install. Everything is top curated for a perfect look, and we guarantee our installs.
